That’s exactly why I created Wins & Wisdom.
Because we all need space to be real about the ups and the downs—to celebrate what’s working, name what’s hard, and hear “me too” from someone who gets it.
It’s low-key, honest, and supportive—just one hour each month to check in, share what’s real, and gather a little perspective.
I created Wins & Wisdom, because I needed this, too.

About Your Host
Hi, I’m Lexis—a designer and artist. I run Most Beautiful Design, where I create personality-packed brands for founder-led businesses, and Lexisworks, a creative studio helping women reconnect to their creativity through simple, joyful art practices.
But behind the scenes? I’ve felt the overwhelm, the imposter thoughts, the “is it just me?” moments.
I created Wins & Wisdom because I wanted a space to be real about it all—the highs, the hard parts, and everything in between. A space to celebrate, connect, laugh (or cry), and remember we’re not doing this alone.
